My name is Kate Boyer. I grew up in Prattville and am a product of the Autauga County School System!  I live in Deatsville with my husband, Neal, our two daughters (Kaitlyn and Kathryn), our dog Molly and our cat Khaleesi. We attend Coosada Baptist Church and enjoy being active members of our church. When not teaching, I enjoy being a travel agent for Walt Disney World and Universal Studios!

I graduated from Auburn Montgomery in May 2008 with a bachelor's degree in elementary education and December 2011 with my Master's degree in Early Childhood Education.  This is my 15th year teaching in Elmore County! I taught Kindergarten for 12 years at Coosada Elementary.  This will be my third year in first grade here at HES.  I love first grade and watching the children learn something new every day. It truly is amazing to see how much they grow throughout the year.
